London's Green MEP and Walthamstow resident Jean Lambert has today spoken out against last weeks alleged terrorist plot.
Praising Walthamstow's local community Jean who has lived in the area for over thirty years said; "As a Walthamstow resident, I share in the shock that the whole community is feeling following the arrests last week of suspects said to be linked to an alleged terrorist plot.
"These threats affect all of us and we need to respond as a community. Those who pose the threat are very small in number and do not represent the religion they claim as their motivation.
"Waltham Forest has much to be proud of in terms of its community relations and this has come as the result of much hard work over the years and I am sure this will continue.
"Like many others, I shall be waiting to see just how accurate the
